    Search by customer, purpose, related estimate, amount, or provider reference and open the exact request.

    Verify

    Read the authoritative status

    Distinguish created, sent, viewed, submitted, verified, failed, voided, and expired using the provider-backed status and timestamps.

    Verify

    Compare amount and purpose

    Confirm the paid amount, currency, purpose, customer, and linked estimate or obligation before acknowledging it.

    Verify

    Check for duplicate transactions

    Review related requests and provider references for repeated submissions, voids, or partial payments that change the remaining balance.

    Verify

    Proceed only from verified state

    Acknowledge or continue booking and invoicing only when the application shows verified success; otherwise investigate or wait.
