Open Take card payment
Open Payment Center and choose the hosted card-payment tab, not bank payment or expiring-card outreach.

Select the verified customer
Search the customer, choose the correct property or related estimate, and verify the recipient email from the customer record.

Enter amount and purpose
Enter the exact amount and choose the correct deposit, balance, monitoring, or other supported purpose and linked record.

Check for an existing request
Review open, completed, expired, and failed requests so the customer does not receive a duplicate link for the same obligation.
- 5Choose an option
Choose email or QR intentionally
Use email only after verifying the recipient, or display the QR code directly when the customer is present and requests it.
- 6Verify
Stop at final request creation
Review customer, email, amount, purpose, expiry, and live-send status before creating the provider-hosted request.
The next confirmation may send a live payment request.
