Start a work order
Open Work Orders and choose New Work Order, then select the alarm service kind before choosing a service type.

Select customer and property
Search and choose the verified customer and exact installation property, checking for an existing alarm system and open work.

Choose new installation
Select the new-install service type only when RedFlag Security is installing the primary system rather than taking over existing equipment.

Enter scope and source
Link the accepted estimate when available and enter the equipment, services, expectations, and office notes needed by preparation and field staff.

Confirm wizard and readiness
Verify the alarm wizard version, required steps, contract path, and any known office-preparable information before creation.

Schedule or leave deliberately unscheduled
Choose a conflict-free visit when availability is confirmed, or leave the job clearly awaiting scheduling with an owner and follow-up.
- 7Verify
Verify the created job
Open the resulting work order and confirm customer, property, service type, scope, wizard steps, linked estimate, and visit exactly once.
