Complete the task

    Open the pending-review dossier

    Use the Work Orders review view and confirm customer, property, service type, technician, visit, and completion time.

    Verify

    Review every wizard step

    Read answers, timestamps, office edits, technician edits, validations, bypasses, and deferred items instead of relying on the completion percentage.

    Verify

    Inspect photos, tests, and signatures

    Open required photos, compare equipment and serials, review test results, GPS evidence, acknowledgments, and signatures for plausibility.

    Verify

    Compare the live alarm system

    Confirm panel, keypads, zones, contacts, billing, account number, contract, and monitoring status match the completed work.

    Verify

    Resolve blockers and exceptions

    Return the job for specific missing or contradictory work, or approve only supported bypasses and documented deferred items.

    Verify

    Review downstream readiness

    Confirm station activation, contract, payment, certificate, welcome package, follow-up, and customer-review conditions before approval.

    Verify

    Stop at final approval

    Approve only when the dossier and live data agree; otherwise return the job with precise correction instructions.

    Final approval changes the live job state.
