Step-by-step procedure

Complete the task

    Select

    Open the failed message

    Filter Email Monitor for errors and open the exact sender, subject, received time, and message identifier.

    Verify

    Identify the failed stage

    Read whether failure occurred during fetch, classification, lookup, work creation, reply generation, or Gmail delivery.

    Verify

    Check for partial success

    Search inquiries, tickets, conversations, customers, and sent email for work the failed run may already have created.

    Verify

    Correct the underlying cause

    Resolve connection, configuration, bad destination, missing data, or classification issue before requesting another attempt.

    Verify

    Stop at Retry confirmation

    Retry only the verified failed record and review whether the action can send or create data before confirming.

    Retry can be customer-facing.

    Verify

    Verify one successful result

    Confirm the record succeeds once, the intended linked work exists once, and any customer reply appears once in the conversation.
