Locate the existing visit
Search by date, technician, customer, and property, then open the exact visit and confirm its linked work.
- 2Verify
Check current status and history
Confirm the visit is eligible to move and read prior changes, customer commitments, technician notes, and notification history.
- 3Select
Choose Reschedule
Use the visit’s Reschedule action so the same appointment and linked records are updated instead of duplicated.
- 4Choose an option
Select the new slot
Enter customer-approved availability, technician, start, and duration, then wait for conflict and travel checks.
- 5Verify
Review notifications
Confirm whether the customer and technician will be notified and ensure the message reflects the correct new local time.
- 6Verify
Confirm one updated visit
After saving, verify the original visit now shows the new time and no duplicate remains at the old or new slot.
