Set priority, status, and owner
Choose urgency from verified impact, assign the responsible person, and set the status that accurately describes current work.

Send a customer reply, add an internal note, or schedule service from the verified ticket without mixing private notes into customer communication.

Book or link the service visit from the ticket so appointment status and customer issue history remain connected.
