Start a certificate
Open Certificates and choose Issue or New Certificate, then select the required certificate type.

Select customer, property, and system
Search and verify all three levels, including address and monitoring account number, before generating document data.

Verify certificate facts
Review issue and expiry dates, alarm type, monitoring status, station name, and other required source fields.

Preview the full document
Open the certificate preview and read customer name, property, dates, system details, branding, and signature or issuer information.

Issue only after verification
Confirm the certificate once, then verify its status and generated file before choosing any delivery action.

Verify recipient before email
Compare the recipient with the customer record, preview the message and attachment, and stop for final confirmation before Send.
The next confirmation sends customer email.
