Add another property to a customer
Attach a new service address to the existing customer instead of creating another identity.

Complete the task

Open the existing customer
Search by several identifiers and open the authoritative customer whose history should own the new service location.
- 2Verify
Review existing properties
Expand the customer’s property list and confirm the address is not already present under an alternate label or formatting.
- 3Select
Choose Add property
Use the customer record’s Add property action so the location inherits the correct customer relationship and shared history.
- 4Enter information
Enter site details
Enter the full address, useful property label, type, and site-specific contact details without overwriting the customer’s head-office contact.
- 5Verify
Confirm the new property
Review the address and contact, save, then verify that the property appears once beneath the original customer.
