    Open Open Estimates

    Use the Hub navigation to open Open Estimates. Do not begin from a bookmarked record until you can identify this workspace in the normal menu.

    Open Estimates is open and its page heading is visible.

    Understand what belongs here

    Estimates contains chatbot and office-created quotes from draft through acceptance and booking. Use this distinction to avoid creating the same work in a neighbouring workspace.

    Verify

    Read the current state first

    Confirm the tab, customer, estimate number, status, age, and whether an approved quote is already booked. Read the customer, owner, date, and status before opening or changing a record.

    Review

    Choose the correct action

    Open the correct estimate to review versions, line items, delivery history, acceptance, and payment state. Open the specific record and confirm its history before saving, sending, assigning, or completing anything.

    Verify

    Confirm the safe stopping point

    Do not resend, accept, invoice, or book from the list until the customer and latest version are verified. This orientation ends before any irreversible or customer-facing submission.
