Search the customer and verify the service property and alarm account number before editing any equipment.

Expand the property and select the exact alarm system; compare monitoring status, account number, and panel details.

Open the Keypads subsection and review every active keypad so the same serial or location is not added twice.

Enter keypad details
Add or edit the keypad type, model, serial number when available, and a location label that a technician can recognize on site.

Save and verify
Save the keypad and confirm the active list shows the intended type, model, serial, and location only once.
